Returns & Exchanges Policy
Return & Exchange Period
You can apply for a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your product(s). Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged. Sale and promotional items follow our standard return/exchange policy.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before processing. Once processed, cancellations are not possible.
Return/Exchange Conditions
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have all tags attached.
Items must be returned with original boxes and in one package.
Use the same delivery service for returns/exchanges.
Returns/exchanges accepted only from the original shipping country.
Customized items, underwear briefs, certain jewelry, make-up, skincare products, and swimwear without an intact sanitary liner cannot be returned.
Faulty items are returnable.
We reserve the right to refuse returns/exchanges if items show signs of wear, use, or alteration. If refused, you can choose to have the item sent back at your expense.
Return Process
Contact Customer Service with your order number, proof of purchase, and a photo/video of the faulty item.
Place the receipt and items back into the original packaging.
Complete all three copies of the Returns Pro-Forma Invoice Form and attach it to the package.
Hand the package to the courier and ensure it is securely closed.
Refunds
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Allow 7-14 business days for processing once the package reaches us. If the return conditions are not met, the package will be returned at your expense.
